Certified Dementia Care Planner (CDCP) Course
(認知障礙症照顧策劃師課程)
Co-developed with the Alzheimer's Disease International (ADI) and in collaboration with Sau Po Centre on Ageing, The University of Hong Kong, the Certified Dementia Care Planner (CDCP) Course is designed to provide versatile training for the award of the title of Certified Dementia Care Planner.
The course is suitable to industry staff with 1-2 years of working experience specifically in Dementia Care.

Application
We only accept online application. After completing the online application form, please post a crossed cheque payable to "Hong Kong Alzheimer's Disease Association" to the following address before the application deadline.
Please write your full name, contact number on the back of your cheque and indicate "CDCP course application" on the envelope.

Once your admission to the course is confirmed, all fees will be non-refundable. For unsuccessful application(s), cheque will be returned to applicant by post. The application will not be considered if applicant fail to send the cheque for tuition fee.
