Certified Dementia Care Planner Course
Co-developed with the Alzheimer's Disease International (ADI) and in collaboration with Sau Po Centre on Ageing, The University of Hong Kong, the Certified Dementia Care Planner (CDCP) Course is designed to provide versatile training for the award of the title of Certified Dementia Care Planner.
